When creating a new presentation or project report it can be helpful to see how others have done it in the past.
Here, we have gathered some slide decks from Bain & Company that are publicly available across the internet. To make it easier for you to get an overview, we've divided them into categories and sorted them chronologically.
Some of the decks are .pdf and some are only available in an online version. There are a couple of longer, interesting client reports but be aware that these are of an older date. In addition, there are several industry reports and some general topic presentations.

Full 205 page report on how to improve operational excellence and save costs at the University of California. Starts with the vision and purpose of the project, the idenfitied areas of opportunity compared to benchmarks, and details where the gaps are in each area and what best practice looks like.
Good inspiration for: Creating a full-length opex report.

Achieving Operational Excellence at University of California, Berkeley; Interim Report (2010)
20 page interim report for the same opex project as above. Summarizes process, initial areas of opportunities, and examples on improvements in some areas, as well as next steps for the project.
Good inspiration for: How an interim report plays together with the full length final deliverable.

University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill - Cost Diagnostic: Final Report (2009)
15 page summary deck of the cost saving opportunities at University of North Carolina. Recaps the overall operational excellence project plan, the cost diagnostics methodology used, and the initiatives identified as well as associated estimated cost savings.
Good inspiration for: Succinctly summarizing several initiatives and using color coding to link them to overall areas.

Wright Airways: Briefing pack (likely 2008)
Short 19 page deck on the performance of Wright Airways, market dynamics impacting them, and profitability drivers and how they will likely change in the future.
Good inspiration for: Creating a short and to-the-point market study.

School Start-up Plan: Overview and Instructions (Unknown year)
9 page deck describing an Excel-based checklist for opening a grammar school, including what the tabs are and how to use the Excel.
