Here, we have gathered some slide decks from Bain & Company that are publicly available across the internet. To make it easier for you to get an overview, we've divided them into categories and sorted them chronologically.
Some of the decks are .pdf and some are only available in an online version. There are a couple of longer, interesting client reports but be aware that these are of an older date. In addition, there are several industry reports and some general topic presentations.

Full 205 page report on how to improve operational excellence and save costs at the University of California. Starts with the vision and purpose of the project, the idenfitied areas of opportunity compared to benchmarks, and details where the gaps are in each area and what best practice looks like.

20 page interim report for the same opex project as above. Summarizes process, initial areas of opportunities, and examples on improvements in some areas, as well as next steps for the project.

University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill - Cost Diagnostic: Final Report (2009)
15 page summary deck of the cost saving opportunities at University of North Carolina. Recaps the overall operational excellence project plan, the cost diagnostics methodology used, and the initiatives identified as well as associated estimated cost savings.
Good inspiration for: Succinctly summarizing several initiatives and using color coding to link them to overall areas.
Wright Airways: Briefing pack (likely 2008)
Short 19 page deck on the performance of Wright Airways, market dynamics impacting them, and profitability drivers and how they will likely change in the future.

This collection gathers more than 55 real, publicly available Bain presentations, organized into client projects, industry reports, and general or interview materials. Each entry links to the original public source, and the list is updated regularly.
Yes, every deck is an original Bain document that became public, in most cases because the client was a university, utility, or public institution required to publish it. Examples include the UC Berkeley Operational Excellence study from 2010 and the Con Edison cost optimization work from 2019.
Bain decks follow the same discipline as McKinsey and BCG decks: a structured storyline, action titles that state conclusions, and charts that carry the argument. Bain’s visual identity leans on red and black, and its industry reports, such as the annual Global Private Equity Report, show the house style at its most polished.
Three kinds: real client deliverables such as cost diagnostics for universities and utilities, industry reports such as the India Private Equity Report and COVID-19 supply chain analyses, and materials useful for interview preparation. Together they show how Bain structures both project work and published research.
